Handcrafters Application Process

Handcrafters publishes one application per year which covers all Handcrafters Shows.

This application is available in mid-November for the upcoming year’s shows. The deadline for the application is January 15.  This deadline applies for all Handcrafters Shows throughout the year.  Please note that late applications will not be reviewed.  Deposits as well as post dated balance due checks are necessary to reserve booth space.  Handcrafters Unlimited does not do refunds once accepted into show(s).

2010 Shows

Spring Fling – March 26-28, 2010

Fall Fair – October 8-10, 2010
(Accepting applications - Limited Availability)

Tinsel & Treasures Holiday Market – December 10-12, 2010
(Full - Accepting applications for waitlist) 

Booth Size and Information

● Standard booths are approximately 80 square feet.
● Booth rent is $300.00
Booth sizes do vary due to building constraints
  (Walls, Stairways, Fire Routes, etc.).

Electricity is available for $15.00.

Acceptance Criteria


You must be the maker, designer, creator and producer of the work.

Your product, booth design, & application information will be juried for quality, authenticity, uniqueness, salability, booth presentation and overall balance of categories.
Reproduction aids such as molds used in jewelry or ceramics must be created by the applying artisan.
Hand pulled original prints (signed and numbered limited editions) ONLY are permitted.
In process and finished product photos are needed for jurying process. If photos are not clear nor show the artist producing and finishing products, then the application will not enter the jury process.
